Hello beautiful goddesses,
I have a gift for you today. It’s a Love-Your-Life Table Talk Tool I call Environments of Support.
Supporting Environments make it easier for us to be and become our happy, healthy, successful, fabulous, and connected-to-who-we-are selves…
This Tool notes some common elements that impact our internal environment … that place in us where our emotions and spirit, ideas, inspiration, confidence, strength, wisdom, creativity, and all that feeds, frees, and fuels us is stored. Then comes the putting-it-together part.
Environments of Support for Success
because the environment always wins…
Environments include:
- People you hang around with
- Respectful boundaries
- Places you spend your time in
- Things, objects, toys – for distraction or inspiration
- Time, scheduling, habits, perceptions of plenty or lack
- Physical well being, actions and obstacles
- Social well being strategies
- Intellectual well being, brain food and stimulation
- Spiritual well being, peace, purpose
- Occupational satisfaction and well being
- Financial, money attitudes and how you spend it
- Emotional well being, feeling good, happy, healthy
Table Talk
- If your environment is to by more supportive to your well-being, what are some environmental improvements or changes you would like to make?
- What are three environment-related things you are doing regularly (habits, people, time use) that do not serve or support you anymore?
- Design a living-well plan…and make it EASY (Energizes And Satisfies You). What stays? What gets replaced with something more satisfying and supporting?
Be gentle with yourself. You’re already beautiful, talented, amazing. What will help you remember and feel that way when you forget?

Live in the now
Ask for what you want, desire; don’t get too attached–to anybody or anything, or the hows of your desires.
Center. Quiet time. Breathe deeply. Be open.
Ask your angels, guides, ascended masters, a beloved soul spirit who has crossed over, to let all that comes to you be from your highest and truest self and Source, and for your highest good and that of others.
Breathe, move, sway, BE as you feel the energy currents; ‘see’ images or nothing at all. Take note of thoughts, inspirations.
Ask angels and all of your divine spiritual support to go before you in all your happenings, meetings, encounters this day and prepare the way for a harmonious experience for you. Thank them, knowing it will be so.
Promise yourself that you will honor their inner promptings on your behalf–your intuition, your internal guidance system. Breathe in and exhale again.
Go in love and light. Write if you fee like it; or begin or continue your day–and know your team is with you.

‘Environments’ of Support…making life easier on ourselves
This Wednesday’s Love-Your-Life, Grow-Your-Greatness group session looks at how we set ourselves up for success and make our life easier, happier, more in sync with who we are, how we’re growing, and where we’re heading. 
The environment always wins. Who we hang around with; what we listen to, read, repeat; the elements of our physical space and emotional space that influence us. All of it matters to our health and happiness, and the easy flow of natural light and brilliance that radiates from us and energizes us when all our environments are in sync and supportive. It feels so good.
Wednesday night, I’ll lead us through of process of taking a closer look at who and what’s around us, and then we’ll explore how you can shift areas you want to flow easier, to support your amazing, beautiful spirit.

Manifesting Abundance Free Virtual Open House Sunday 6/24
We are in highly charged, strong-shifting energy times. Adapting to change and letting-go-to-flow will be wise on our part; as will focusing on what we LOVE and finding alignment with our best and greatest, most-authentic selves. Feminine energy is flowing in to bring balance. We’ve been so enmeshed in masculine energy, we’ve forgotten what feminine feels like and how powerful it can be. Getting to balance on all levels will be quite an adjustment for our world.
Feminine energy and power go straight to the heart and soul; feelings, emotions, intuitive knowing; gestation and birthing, transformations and creations. True alignment within, to become and be who we really are, is our assignment, and also our path to abundance of all kinds.
